QUALIPOCHE MULTI bags are manufactured with several layers of
polypropylene or polyester felt. The superimposition of the felts creates an optimal degressive porosity. This construction allows a wider spectrum of particles to be retained in the thickness of the felt: increased depth filtration for delayed clogging. The external surface of the felt is flamed to avoid any release of fibers.
This range is configurable in double or triple layer according to your
needs. It is then possible to choose the porosities in order to maximize
the performances. For example, a first layer of 10 µm, followed by a second of 5 µm and a last of 1 µm will allow you to obtain a 1 µm bag whose longevity will be clearly superior to standard constructions. This principle is also applicable to coarse filtration bags: a 200 µm felt stacked on a 100 µm felt allows for long-lasting 100 µm filtration.
The 2 or 3 layers of felt are directly welded to the molded ring of your choice to guarantee a filtration by stage without any bypass.
