تستخدم صناديق تروس التنفس من ماركة Guard®  كمرشحات هوائية في خزانات الانظمة الهيدروليكية, خزانات التخزين بالجملة, براميل الزيت, خزانات IBC , محولات الزيت وكافة خزانات السوائل المطلوب عزلها من الهواء.

يمتص المواد الملوثة قبل دخولها الى النظام. يطيل عمر الزيت والنظام. يمنع الحمأة في قاع الخزان ويحمي المعدات الباهظة الثمن وذلك بمنعه التآكل.

يمكن مراقبة صندوق Guard® التنفسي بسهولة بفضل جسمه الشفاف والقيام بتغيير مؤشرات المجففات الموجودة فيه والتي تتغير لونها بسبب انتهاء فترة صلاحيتها بأخرى جديدة وذلك بكل سهولة. 

تم تصنيع فلتر بخار الزيوت من سلسلة FILTRATION GROUP (ex. MAHLE) LGA تماما كي يناسب مع هذا الهدف, اذ انها وحدة تقضي على بيئة العمل غير الصالحة وفي نفس الوقت تجمع الزيوت المتحولة الى ابخرة وتعيدها مرة اخى الى خزان الزيت المبرد.

تتوفر موديلات المانومترات التماثلية من سلسلة SPG لقياس الضغط ما بين -1 الى 1000 بار.

اما المانومترات الرقمية من سلسلة SPG-DIGI فتستطيع قياس الضغط ما بين -1 الى 600 بار وذلك بموديلاتها الاربعة المختلفة.

توجد نسخة CAN-Open لكافة المستشعرات والمؤشرات.

تحتوي الحزمة على بندقية هوائية ومحولات بأحجام مختلفة وعناصر تنظيف بالانواع المطلوبة.

يتم تركيب عناصر التنظيف داخل الانابيب او الخراطيم, وتقوم البندقية الهوائية بإرسال هواء بضغط 6-8 بار الى الانبوب او الخرطم الذي اوصل به المحول. بهذا الشكل يتم القيام بتنظيف آمن وفعال. 

يجب استخدام سلسلة SNK اذا كان المطلوب الحصول على اشارات عن الحدين الاقصى والادنى للمستوى.

توجد موديلات تحوي على مقاييس للحرارة (thermometer ). وعند الطلب يمكن اضافة مفاتيح للحرارة.

يجب ان لا يتجاوز ضغط الخزان اكثر من 1-2 بار. خلاف هذا يجب اختيار مفاتيح المستزى (سلسلة SLTS ) في النوع الغطس.

يساعد خط التدوير على تأخير انسداد مرشحات النظام, ويوفر كفاءة قصوى بفضل التصفية المستمرة والتدفق الثابت ويقلل تكلفة عناصر التصفية بشكل كبير. عند ربطه بخط التبريد يجب تركيبه بين المضخة والمبرد لكونه يخفض المقاومة بسبب دخول الزيت الساخن الى الفلتر.

تساعد تصفية الباي-باس على تأخير انسداد مرشحات النظام, وتوفر كفاءة قصوى بفضل التصفية المستمرة والتدفق الثابت وتقلل تكلفة عناصر التصفية بشكل كبير.

سهل النقل بفضل بنيته المحمولة. كما انه سهل التوصيل ايضا بالنظم الهيدروليكية. 

تمتلك سلسلة SRFL-D خزنة مزدوجة – دوبلكس, مما يجعلها عملية جدا من ناحية امكانية تغيير عنصر التصفية دون ايقاف النظام.

الاجسام القياسية مصنوعة من فولاذ الكاربون ويمكن اختيار جسم فولاذي مقاوم للصدأ حسب نوعية السائل.

حسب حجم الخزان قد يكون وضع غطاء على الخزان كافيا واحيانا يتطلب الامر وضع مرشحات تهوية ذات نفاذية عالية للهواء بجانب غطاء الخزان.

اذا لم يتم اختيار فلتر الهواء بالحجم الكافي فأنها قد تسبب ضغط عاليا ايجابيا وسلبيا داخل الخزان.

تمتلك Stauff  منتجات كثيرة التنوع قادرة على تلبية احتياجاتك بأنواع اغطية الخزانات ومرشحات الهواء ومرشحات الهواء ذات هلام السليكا التي تمسك الرطوبة.

تمتلك مرشحات الهواء المتراوحة ما بين Pi 0140 الى Pi 0185 درعا مصنوعا من الصفائح المعدنية المجلفنة. تضمن الحلقة الداخلية o-ring عدم التسرب في توصيلات الخزان. يتم ضمان شروط CETOP RP 98 عبر خيارات العناصر Mic او Sm-L .

تمنع عناصر- Mol تكون بخار الزيت في الخزان. حيث يتكثف بخار الزيت على الطبقة المطوية ويعود مرة اخرى الى الخزان.

تبرز مرشحات الشفط من سلسلة FILTRATION GROUP PI 1710 في هذا الصدد بفضل بنيتها القوية ومساحات سطح التصفية الواسعة فيه. وقد تم تصميم مساحات سطح التصفية بحيث تحقق اقصى قدر من المتانة فيما يتعلق بالتدفق. ولتحقيق افضل حماية يجب تركيبها داخل الخزان في مكان تكون فيه قبل المضخة. يتكون عنصر التصفية القياسي من شبكة اسلاك فولاذية مقاومة للصدأ بحساسية 100 ميكرون.

خاصية عدم اعطاء اشارات تحذيرية في الحالات الاقل من: 5 بار, كهربائي وبصري, 24 فولت, 20 درجة مئوية,

تنتج FILTRATION GROUP مؤشرات صيانة بالمواصفات التالية:

• مؤشرات/مفاتيح الضغط
• مؤشرات/مفاتيح الفراغ

بغض النظر عن عنصر التصفية المستعمل فأن الجسيمات تتجمع لتقلل من كمية المسامات المفتوحة. بعبارة اخرى: يتقلص الجزء الذي يتيح تدفق السوائل بشكل متواصل. وبالتالي فأن ضغط التدفق في المكون يتزايد بإستمرار.

في مرشحات الضغط يتم قياس ارتفاع وانخفاض الضغط (فرق الضغط). وفي مرشحات الإرجاع يتم قياس الضغط فقط في اتجاه الدخول, لأن الخروج يكون مباشرة الى الخزان. في مرشحات الشفط يتم قياس ضغط الفراغ بأتجاه الخروج.

يتم تحديد نقطة المؤشر من قبل سطح النابض وذلك بتحريك المكبس المغناطيسي بواسطة النابض. يتم وضع مغناطيس ذو قطب مشترك في الجزء الخارجي من زر المؤشر. كلما اقترب القطبين من بعضهما البعض تزداد قوى دفع الاقطاب لبعضها البعض وفي النهاية ينطلق الزر الاحمر الموجود على المؤشر من مكانه. ويبقى هذا الزر الاحمر بارزا اثناء عمليات الفحص اليومية الى ان يتم الضغط عليه. يجب اجراء هذا الفحص اليومي ضمن ظروف العمل في المنشأة. اذا ما انطلق الزر من مكانه فور الضغط عليه عندها يجب تغيير عنصر التصفية بحلول نهاية يوم العمل على اقصى تقدير.

كما يمكن استخدام هذه الوظيفة الميكانيكية لتوليد اشارات كهربائية غير متصلة. لهذا الغرض يتم تركيب القسم العلوي الكهربائي فوق الجزء الميكانيكي/البصري. يجمع القسم العلوي كافة العناصر الكهربائية في بنيته.

يتم تفضيل مرشحات الضغط العالي من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ من سلسلة Filtration Group PI 480 للمحافظة على النظافة المطلوبة للموائع المسببة للتأكل وذلك بفضل عناصر التصفية ذات القدرة العالية على الامساك بالاوساخ.

تستخدم فلترات الضغط من سلسلة Filtration Group PI 410 وذلك بتركيبها مباشرة بين الصمام النسبي ومجموعة السيطرة وذلك بفضل توصيل NG6 و NG10 . ويفضل استخدامها لحماية الصمامات النسبية فقط بدلا من استخدام فلتر كبير وذلك لتقليل التكلفة في الانظمة التي تستعمل اعدادا قليلة من الصمامات النسبية في النظم ذات التدفق العالي.

تستعمل مرشحات الضغط المتوسط من سلسلة Filtration Group PI 360 في العديد من التطبيقات الهيدروليكية بفضل عناصر التصفية ذات المقاومة لضغط يصل الى 210/315 بار والقدرة العالية على الامساك بالاوساخ.

تستعمل مرشحات الضغط العالي من سلسلة Filtration Group PI 4000  في العديد من التطبيقات الهيدروليكية بفضل عناصر التصفية ذات المقاومة لضغط يصل الى 400 بار والقدرة العالية على الامساك بالاوساخ.

تستعمل مرشحات الضغط المنخفض من سلسلة Filtration Group PI 200 في العديد من التطبيقات الهيدروليكية بفضل عناصر التصفية ذات القدرة على الامساك بالاوساخ وتحملها الضغط بمقدار 32/63 بار.

تستعمل مرشحات الضغط العالي من سلسلة Filtration Group PI 420 في العديد من التطبيقات الهيدروليكية بفضل عناصر التصفية ذات المقاومة لضغط يصل الى 420 بار والقدرة العالية على الامساك بالاوساخ.

وسائط التصفية هي الجزء الرئيسي التي تكون عنصر التصفية وتحدد حساسية الفلتر وتقوم بتنفيذ عملية التصفية. قامت FILTRATION GROUP بتطوير وسائل تصفية متعددة خاصة للسوائل والتطبيقات المختلفة. لهذا السبب تمتلك عناصر عناصر عديدة ومختلفة يمكن ربطتها بنفس الجسم وتكون خاصة بالتطبيقات المختلفة.

وسائط التصفية هي الجزء الرئيسي التي تكون عنصر التصفية وتحدد حساسية الفلتر وتقوم بتنفيذ عملية التصفية. قامت Stauff بتطوير وسائل تصفية متعددة خاصة للسوائل والتطبيقات المختلفة. لهذا السبب تمتلك عناصر عناصر عديدة ومختلفة يمكن ربطتها بنفس الجسم وتكون خاصة بالتطبيقات المختلفة.

العناصر الورقية (السليلوزية)
عدد بيتا له هو 2. وهذا يعني انه لا يستطيع الفلتر الامساك بـ  1 من كل 2 من الجسيمات الداخلة فيه.  تستخدم الوسائط الورقية في الكثير من مرشحات التهوية. كما يمكن اختيار الوسائط الورقية في مرشحات الشفط ايضا. تكون عناصر المرشحات السليلوزية رخيصة التكلفة, تستعمل لمرة واحدة فقط وتصنف اسميا.

العناصر الفولاذية المقاومة للصدأ
عدد بيتا له هو 75. عناصر قابلة للتنظيف. عادة ما يتم اختيارها للأمساك بالجزيئات التي تزيد حجمها عن 25 ميكرون. يمكن اختيار مرشحات الشفط او المرشحات الموجودة في خطوط التزييت من المرشحات المقاومة للصدأ.

عناصر Microglass (الالياف الزجاجية)
عدد بيتا له 200 على الاقل. عناصر ذات كفاءة عالية وقابلية عالية للأمساك بالاوساخ. يتم تصنيع فترات الضغط والإرجاع والتدوير من مواد الالياف الزجاجية mikroglass .
